In this module admin design Invoice format and Job sheet format. Also the admin can set up Logo, Template color and Header and Footer customization.
Work Calendars:-
Her admin can set up Working calendar detail, shift timing hours.
Service Engineers:-
In this module the admin will enter Service engineer details, contact details, engineer skills, training histories, unavailable periods, time off requests, assigned equipment’s, and vehicles used by engineer.
Products:-
This module will be used to enter Product details, Price book details and Product price.
Skills:-
Her admin can enter type of Job skills and Resources.
Vehicles:-
Vehicle Details and service engineers will be entered in this module.
Service Management Modules:-
Customer Registration (Account):-
In this module Customer details, customer contact details and details of installed systems will be entered.
Contract Execution (Service Terms or Contracts)
This module will be used to enter Service Term Details, Service Term Periods, Scheduling Information’s, Contacting Details, Standard Charges, Callout Charges, Systems Covered details.
Job Scheduling (Jobs):-
In this module following details will be entered.
Job Details, Information related to Site, Booking Details, Job Summary, type of Job, Systems Covered, Time Cards.
Job Sheet Submission (Job Sheets):-
This module will be used to enter details of work done. Here following details will be entered. Job Sheet Details, Job Details, Parts Used, Job Location Details, Photo Proofs, Job System, Spare parts Used, Inspection Items, Job Sheet Previews, Job Activities.
Invoice Generation:-
This module will be used to prepare invoice. Here details will be entered for
Invoice details, invoice amounts, Customer address, invoiced products, Invoice Preview, service Charges.
